About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in programming and configuration of code or technical deliverables for Contact Centre clients
- Provide hands-on technical execution and support in Contact Centre environments and related components
- Liaise directly with clients to build solutions and solve problems collaboratively
- Provide business case input, design recommendations, and vendor management for Communication solutions
- Design and program environments including PBX/ACD, Voicemail, IVR, CTI, and UC bundles
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or technical equivalent
- 5-10 years of technical work experience in ACD, Vmail, UC, CTI integration, or predictive dialers
- Experience with embedded languages and Click to talk/chat solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical designations such as Avaya, Nortel, or Cisco
