AV/VC Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Digital Collaboration team, overseeing meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen technical capability and customer service skills.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and minimize service disruption for all digital collaboration services.
• Partner with Hospitality and Events teams to coordinate support for high-profile events.
• Manage team workload, availability, and ticket management discipline using ITSM tools.
• Proactively identify technical risks and implement contingency plans to maintain service continuity.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and drive continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a technical support, AV/VC, or digital collaboration team.
• Strong background in meeting room support and video conferencing technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Windows, MTRoA, and MTRoW.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and the Teams Room portal.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform for incident management.
• Knowledge of HP/Poly hardware and Poly Lens.
• Working knowledge of Crestron technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts relevant to AV/VC environments.
