AV/VC Onsite Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite AV and video conferencing support directly to clients for corporate live events
• Coordinate and manage event logistics to ensure successful execution
• Troubleshoot and remediate live event issues in real-time
• Create supporting technical documentation and data entry
• Provide direct training to client event organizers on AV/VC systems

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2 years of relevant ZOOM work experience in corporate live events or conference center operations
• Demonstrated success in event and project coordination
• Strong understanding of audio and video signal flow and advanced troubleshooting
• Proficiency with helpdesk support ticket management software
• Knowledge of networking as it pertains to AV deployments, including Wi-Fi and VLANs
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate occasional night or weekend events

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the ZOOM backend
• Proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing systems
• Experience using Slack for team communication
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
• Knowledge of Android, Chrome, iOS, Mac, and Windows operating systems
