About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical support for video conferencing equipment and in-room AV technology
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and implement solutions
- Analyze trends in AV/VC issues to proactively improve service quality
- Document solutions and best practices to enhance team knowledge
- Participate in the commissioning of AV systems for retrofits and new builds
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service requests
- Perform break-fix tasks and maintenance to ensure 99% uptime
- Manage inventory of on-site supplies, consumables, and assets
- Initiate Cisco TAC cases and vendor RMAs for equipment
Requirements
- Strong technical background in AV/VC systems
- Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, and Clearone hardware
- Understanding of AV/VC signal flow
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting heavy objects and physical integration work
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
