AV Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and break/fix support for AV hardware and software
• Conduct daily and weekly preventive maintenance for AV systems
• Monitor and manage AV support tickets via Zendesk
• Provide on-site and virtual support for corporate events, including setup and live operation
• Support commissioning and turnover of new AV installations and retrofitted spaces
• Maintain accurate inventory of AV equipment and coordinate e-waste activities
• Execute Computer IMAC activities and troubleshoot user PCs
• Provide basic IT support including device imaging, configuration, and printer troubleshooting
• Coordinate laptop repair schedules with vendors

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AV field engineering, commissioning, or systems integration
• Strong knowledge of enterprise production and video conferencing environments
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with AV control systems, DSPs, and signal routing
• Conversational English proficiency
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
