AV Technician

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for various events
• Test, maintain, and prepare equipment to ensure flawless event execution
• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting with clients on-site to ensure their needs are met
• Monitor live events and maintain positive communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Adhere to all company safety and security protocols, including the use of appropriate PPE
• Manage equipment changes and technical issues in a professional and timely manner
• Utilize company systems accurately to track equipment and follow operational procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred
• Three years of audiovisual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment and software
