AV Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve in-room AV/VC issues with a high resolution success rate
• Configure AV endpoints and infrastructure to enterprise standards
• Conduct detailed room audits to validate system readiness and optimize performance
• Perform preventative maintenance and root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce system failures
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on-site for successful system deployment
• Install and configure software upgrades to maintain system integrity
• Provide white-glove technical support for C-level executives and senior leadership
• Support high-profile video conferencing events and perform break-fix tasks within SLA timeframes
• Build partnerships with local IT help desks, facilities, and event teams

Requirements

• Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Shure, Clearone, and QSC hardware
• Understanding of AV/VC signal flow
• Ability to read and understand technical plans and configurations
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting heavy objects and physical integration work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the EMEA region
