About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve in-room AV/VC issues with a high resolution success rate
- Configure AV endpoints and infrastructure to enterprise standards
- Conduct detailed room audits to validate system readiness and optimize performance
- Perform preventative maintenance and root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce system failures
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on-site for successful system deployment
- Install and configure software upgrades to maintain system integrity
- Provide white-glove technical support for C-level executives and senior leadership
- Support high-profile video conferencing events and perform break-fix tasks within SLA timeframes
- Build partnerships with local IT help desks, facilities, and event teams
Requirements
- Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Shure, Clearone, and QSC hardware
- Understanding of AV/VC signal flow
- Ability to read and understand technical plans and configurations
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting heavy objects and integration work
- Willingness to travel to customer sites within the EMEA region
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
