AV Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute user research programs including onsite events, virtual surveys, and focus groups to drive product decisions.
• Own and operate the AV Products Lab as a testing environment and demonstration space for stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage business operations including monthly business reviews (MBR), capacity planning, and financial forecasting for AV spend.
• Serve as Scrum Master for the product team, facilitating sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and tracking engineering metrics.
• Coordinate hardware procurement, installation, and proof-of-concept deployments for new conference room solutions.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings into actionable product recommendations and high-profile leadership communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of major new products or services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of Audio Visual (AV) experience.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases.
