AV Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and support AV and VC systems for meetings and events
• Monitor live meetings and perform live troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
• Operate and maintain AV systems including Cisco Webex, Crestron OneBeyond, and Extron NAV
• Perform proactive maintenance including inspections and firmware updates
• Support physical and virtual events with site setup, testing, and teardown
• Manage incident and service tickets and perform root cause analysis
• Track, tag, and manage AV assets for commissioning and decommissioning

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in AV support with enterprise AV systems
• Technical knowledge of Cisco video conferencing and Webex platform
• Experience with Crestron control and camera systems
• Experience with Extron NAV AV over IP systems
• Proficiency with PTZ camera controllers and video mixers
• Ability to lift, move, and set up AV hardware
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends

• Experience with asset management and tracking tools
