About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support customer needs including order placement, returns, account updates, website login assistance, and order tracking
  • Resolve routine to moderately complex issues using established procedures and sound judgment
  • Maintain accurate, well-documented case records in Salesforce and related systems to ensure data integrity
  • Execute tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail while identifying opportunities for process efficiency
  • Recognize and escalate recurring issues or trends with clear documentation
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to manage workload priorities and meet performance KPIs

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Experience with P21 or SAP
  • French speaking skills
