AV Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales strategy for the Audio Visual category
• Translate go-to-market strategies into actionable plans to deliver measurable sales outcomes
• Negotiate and manage commercial terms and contracts
• Build, lead, and develop a small team of National Account Managers to achieve profitable growth
• Identify and implement process improvements for scalable, customer-centric solutions
• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitors to optimize market share
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience leading B2C/retail sales and go-to-market strategies
• Proven experience leading and developing a team of account managers
• Ability to establish and manage highly productive sales channels to meet objectives
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent internal partnering skills to work with Product, Marketing, SCM, and retail teams
• Experience in the Consumer Electronics industry is a plus
