AV and Network Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee IT, AV and network infrastructure components of the build-out
• Coordinate with vendors onsite to manage office move logistics
• Track schedules, deliverables, budgets and risks
• Oversee meeting room and event space technology fit-outs
• Act as primary liaison with local contractors, IT/AV vendors, and workplace teams
• Navigate San Francisco permitting processes and union building requirements
• Manage multiple IT/AV infrastructure workstreams and ensure alignment with equipment standards
• Troubleshoot and solve project-related issues to remove roadblocks for installation crews

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a technical field (AV/VC, Networking, Infrastructure, or IT Construction)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (beginner to intermediate) for navigating and marking up drawings
• Experience with construction drawings, schematics, and infrastructure requirements
• Proven experience leading teams through design, deployment, and commissioning of conference rooms and event spaces
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Gsuite
• Experience with project management software platforms in an enterprise organization

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Prince2 certification
• BS or BA degree
