Auxiliary Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous operation of the Auxiliary Services Plant within defined parameters.
• Manage resources and implement preventive and corrective measures to ensure reliable service supply.
• Supervise shift handovers, including plant status reviews and pending tasks.
• Elaborate and review logs for water treatment, effluents, supplies, and cogeneration areas.
• Plan and assign resources to ensure tasks meet established standards.
• Manage inventory, including daily bulk inventory, weekly arrivals, and SAP transfers.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and generate work notices to ensure optimal equipment function.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards (SGI, PSM, and ISRS).
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including sustainability and scorecard reports.
• Manage service requisitions and follow up on purchase orders and invoices within SAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Technical knowledge in water treatment and wastewater treatment.
• Experience with steam boilers, gas turbines, and steam turbines.
• Proficiency in SAP (generating requisitions, purchase requests, and work notices).
• Knowledge of air compressors, refrigeration units, and cooling towers.
