About the role
Responsibilities
- Map and monitor transport units in real-time using GPS platforms
- Provide attention and follow-up to incidents reported by operators
- Monitor driving habits and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Activate security protocols immediately in the event of incidents
- Validate road incidents through various communication channels
- Maintain constant communication to ensure correct route following
- Provide payment folio information for cash transactions made by operators
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachillerato concluido)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in GPS monitoring
- Knowledge of active mapping for long-distance routes and monitoring platforms
- Strong knowledge of national geography
- Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night)
- High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and responsibility
