Responsibilities

• Monitor and map transport units in real time using GPS platforms.
• Provide attention and follow-up to incidents reported by operators.
• Monitor driving habits and validate road incidents through communication channels.
• Activate security protocols promptly in the event of incidents to safeguard human and physical resources.
• Provide payment folios for cash transactions made by operators.
• Maintain constant communication to ensure correct route following.

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Bachillerato concluido).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in GPS monitoring.
• Knowledge of active mapping for long-distance routes and monitoring platforms.
• Strong knowledge of national geography.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
• High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and responsibility.
