About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Private Banking Director in the administration of the area
- Apply knowledge of the stock market and brokerage house regulations
- Follow up on contracts, operations, and operational support tasks
- Perform various administrative duties to ensure smooth area operations
- Manage and archive documentation for the Private Banking Director's client portfolio
- Handle calls from both internal and external clients with excellence in service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial sector (Banks, Insurance, or Brokerage houses)
- Strong knowledge of the stock market area
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a strong vocation for customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- AMIB Certification (Figura 1, 2, or 3)
