Auxiliar Mantenimiento (Plaza)

Responsibilities

• Perform construction, repair, installation, and general maintenance tasks.
• Execute cleaning services for facilities, furniture, and equipment.
• Ensure timely response to assigned requirements, including electrical, hydro-sanitary, carpentry, glazing, finishes, furniture, gardening, and exterior maintenance.
• Manage and ensure the inventory of supplies, tools, and spare parts.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Maintenance or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, carpentry, plumbing, painting, gardening, and general services.
