Auxiliar Mantenimiento (Plaza)

Responsibilities

• Perform construction, repair, installation, and general maintenance tasks.
• Execute cleaning services for facilities, furniture, and equipment.
• Respond to assigned requirements in a timely manner, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing work.
• Manage and ensure the availability of inventory, including supplies, tools, and spare parts.
• Maintain exterior areas, including gardening and general facility upkeep.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Maintenance or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of mechanics, electricity, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and gardening.
• Ability to work onsite in Oaxaca.
