Auxiliar Mantenimiento

Responsibilities

• Perform construction, repair, installation, and general maintenance tasks.
• Execute cleaning services for facilities, furniture, and equipment.
• Respond to assigned requirements in a timely manner, including electrical, hydro-sanitary, carpentry, finishing, and exterior maintenance.
• Manage and ensure the inventory of supplies, tools, and spare parts.
• Maintain optimal operating conditions for offices and stores to ensure employee safety and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Maintenance or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of mechanics, electricity, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and gardening.
• Ability to perform general services and facility upkeep.
