Auxiliar Educativo

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and secure space for infants to ensure their well-being and development at every stage.
• Design programs that guide minors in their development, stimulating artistic and practical capabilities.
• Stimulate language development, motor skills, and cognitive areas.
• Observe children to provide support in developing social competencies and autonomy based on individual needs.
• Inform parents regarding the progress and development of their children.
• Foster family integration and community engagement through special events and celebrations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Educational Assistant, in Early Childhood Education, or Pedagogy.
• Proven experience working with infants (ages 1 to 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education, language development, motor skills, and early stimulation.
• Demonstrated vocation, patience, and passion for early childhood development.
