About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive customer orders and capture information in the Interactive Command System (SCI) to generate shipping guides.
- Generate daily manifest reports to document all generated guides for scheduled routes and end-of-day closing reports.
- Monitor shipment status and location through tracking systems to ensure successful delivery.
- Escalate special requests, such as unscheduled collections or delivery issues, to account executives or sales advisors.
- Maintain and update the database within the Command system, including sender and recipient information.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Preparatoria) or Technical Degree (Carrera Técnica).
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service or as an Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data presentation and results analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide personalized customer service.
