About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend to and follow up on service reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Contact customers regarding incomplete shipment data to collect correct information and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage merchandise by scanning incoming and outgoing shipments within the assigned area
- Provide high-quality support and assistance to customers to ensure service satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachillerato (High School)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Strong customer management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
