About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend to assigned service reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Inform relevant parties about services entering shipping control
- Execute timely calls to customers regarding shipments entered into shipping control
- Generate administrative records (actas) for shipments as required
- Perform daily physical reconciliation of delivery and return manifests for local routes
Requirements
- High school diploma or Technical Degree (Administration or related field)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to follow and monitor performance indicators
