About the role

Responsibilities

  • Attend to assigned service reports in a timely and efficient manner
  • Inform relevant parties about services entering shipping control
  • Execute timely calls to customers regarding shipments entered into shipping control
  • Generate administrative records (actas) for shipments as required
  • Perform daily physical reconciliation of delivery and return manifests for local routes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Technical Degree (Administration or related field)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to follow and monitor performance indicators
