About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend to and follow up on service reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Contact customers regarding incomplete shipment data to ensure timely delivery according to service guarantees
- Manage merchandise by scanning incoming and outgoing shipments in the assigned area
- Provide efficient and high-quality support to customers
- Generate reports for damaged shipments and manage repacking processes
Requirements
- Completed high school diploma (Bachillerato) or technical career
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
