About the role

Responsibilities

  • Attend to and follow up on service reports in a timely and efficient manner
  • Contact customers regarding incomplete shipment data to ensure correct information is collected for on-time delivery
  • Manage merchandise by scanning incoming and outgoing shipments in the assigned area
  • Provide high-quality support and service to customers
  • Generate reports for damaged shipments and manage repacking processes

Requirements

  • Completed high school (Bachillerato) or technical degree
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong customer management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
