About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend to and follow up on service reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Contact customers regarding incomplete shipment data to ensure correct information is collected for on-time delivery
- Manage merchandise by scanning incoming and outgoing shipments in the assigned area
- Provide high-quality support and service to customers
- Generate reports for damaged shipments and manage repacking processes
Requirements
- Completed high school (Bachillerato) or technical degree
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Strong customer management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
