Auxiliar de Servicios Alimentarios

Responsibilities

• Provide food services to patients, doctors, employees, and the general public
• Perform preliminary food preparation activities and support kitchen operations
• Maintain necessary product stock for meal preparation
• Clean and maintain assigned work areas
• Record required indicators in area logs
• Deliver food and beverages to patients during scheduled meal times
• Verify patient identity using full name and date of birth before delivery
• Follow hand hygiene protocols and institutional quality models
• Identify and report incidents or patient risk situations

Requirements

• High school diploma (Secundaria) or Technical degree in Nutrition (Técnico en Nutrición) or a related field
• Proven experience in food preparation and handling
• Strong service orientation and empathic listening skills
• Ability to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a healthcare environment
