Auxiliar de Servicios Alimentarios

Responsibilities

• Provide food services to patients, doctors, collaborators, and the general public
• Assist with preliminary food preparation activities in the kitchen
• Maintain necessary stock of products for meal preparation
• Perform cleaning tasks in assigned functional areas
• Maintain and record indicators in the area's logs
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and food safety standards

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (Secundaria concluida) and/or Nutrition Technician (Técnico en Nutrición)
• Experience working in restaurants, industrial dining halls, or hospitals
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling
• Strong teamwork and service orientation skills
