Auxiliar de Seguridad

Responsibilities

• Analyze established security procedures to prevent theft, loss, or robbery of shipments and protect company assets and personnel.
• Create investigation lines focused on detecting dishonest actions by active company personnel.
• Conduct interviews with suspected responsible parties in special cases.
• Audit local delivery units by counting shipments and verifying physical guide numbers against manifests.
• Monitor the reception of high-value shipments and coordinate with operations to alert destination sites.
• Analyze custody services for long-distance routes and collections to prevent vehicle theft.
• Monitor cargo destined for or originating from national borders, including coordination with trained detection dogs.
• Supervise and apply internal policies regarding access control and personnel management.
• Utilize CCTV equipment and other support tools for continuous monitoring.

Requirements

• University studies in progress or incomplete (Administration, Law, Psychology, or Criminology).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office for report generation and results presentation.
• At least 1 year of experience in patrimonial security and/or occupational health and safety (Seguridad e Higiene).
