Auxiliar De Ruta

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect medical devices and oxygen cylinders at patient residences following established procedures.
• Load and unload equipment from vehicles while adhering to safety rules and ensuring items are properly secured.
• Validate that all loaded equipment matches the specific requirements of the assigned service orders.
• Assist drivers with navigation and maneuvering, such as reversing and approaching locations, to prevent accidents.
• Perform preliminary risk assessments at patient homes to mitigate hazards associated with home oxygen therapy.
• Train patients on the correct use of medical devices and safety protocols regarding oxygen handling.
• Use Oxy Logística to assign equipment to patients, ensuring full traceability and closing service orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report any route updates or changes in patient data to the Distribution Assistant.
• Keep vehicle cargo compartments clean and organized in compliance with BPM and CCAA requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachiller Titulado).
• At least one year of experience in cargo handling, collection, and delivery of goods.
• Strong knowledge of city directions and local geography.
• Ability to handle heavy loads and physical equipment.
• Solid understanding of road safety and driving assistance.
• Commitment to customer service and patient care.
