Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos

Responsibilities

• Administer the employee sales operation within the internal program for the Cuautitlán and Tlalnepantla plants.
• Manage and control the entry of invoices related to administrative processes.
• Coordinate and execute organizational events, including holidays and recognition programs.
• Support the update of internal communication channels within the HR department.
• Manage the integration and maintenance of personnel files.
• Execute benefit update campaigns (medical insurance, life insurance, and auto policies).
• Provide direct service and support to employees regarding HR processes.

Requirements

• Technical degree or incomplete bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in HR administrative activities, including personnel administration and employee service.
• Knowledge of inventory control and administrative management systems (e.g., JD Edwards or AS400).
• Experience handling basic financial information, such as invoicing and reconciliations.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with varying schedules.
• Ability to travel between the BIC plants in Cuautitlán and Tlalnepantla.
