About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform surveillance, prevention, and detection activities within the store branch
- Monitor operations in fitting rooms
- Conduct cash register audits (arqueos)
- Review customer return notes
- Perform inventory counts for high-value merchandise
- Control personnel entry operations
- Work rotating shifts, including weekends
Requirements
- Completed high school education (Preparatoria terminada)
- Experience working in department stores or self-service retail
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience
