About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor units to ensure timely departures within scheduled windows
- Report unit entries and releases accurately
- Monitor circuits and validate that incoming guides match system data
- Validate correct data entry in BISEL and CSR systems
- Generate guides according to the established programming
- Complete all pending tasks during shift changes
- Send email notifications regarding canceled loads
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent
- Experience working with monitoring platforms
- Experience in customer service
- Availability to work rotating shifts
- Age between 24 and 45 years old
