Auxiliar de Operaciones

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control operational processes to ensure local and foreign shipments are correctly routed, classified, and labeled.
• Manage and direct operational personnel, including overseeing their training and professional development.
• Ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available for daily operations.
• Determine and communicate pre-alerts to other locations regarding incoming cargo volumes.
• Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipment Control area.
• Implement contingency plans to maintain service guarantees and operational continuity.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Transportation, or Administration.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform data analysis for vehicle control, shipping criteria, and waybills.
• Basic English language skills.
