Auxiliar de Operaciones

Responsibilities

• Execute route reconciliations (TR1 and TR2) to verify that the quantity of items entering and leaving the COP matches the platform records.
• Identify discrepancies in item counts, investigate incidents with operators, and ensure the immediate recovery of items to maintain traceability.
• Manage the registration of all items remaining on the platform, ensuring all pending shipments are physically located and correctly recorded.
• Ensure operators sign for acceptance of any differences to prevent theft and maintain network integrity.

Requirements

• University degree completed.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or similar operational roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis to identify and improve deviations in key indicators.
• Experience in inventory execution and controlling the entry and exit of items.
• Skills in personnel management and conflict resolution through negotiation.
