Auxiliar de Operaciones

Responsibilities

• Execute route reconciliations (TR1 and TR2) to verify the entry and exit of items, ensuring full traceability and preventing theft.
• Identify discrepancies in item counts, investigate incidents with operators, and ensure the immediate recovery of items to maintain network flow.
• Manage and register all items remaining on the platform, ensuring every pending shipment is physically located and digitally recorded.
• Perform daily audits on fuel performance for TR2 routes to monitor consumption and prevent misuse or theft.
• Report reconciliation results and fuel audit findings to the Supervisor through daily documentation to facilitate corrective actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in KPI management.
