Auxiliar de Operaciones

Responsibilities

• Execute route reconciliations (TR1 and TR2) to verify the entry and exit of items, ensuring full traceability and preventing theft.
• Identify discrepancies in route reconciliations, questioning operators and requiring the immediate delivery of missing items.
• Manage and register all items remaining on the platform to ensure they are physically located and recorded in the system.
• Perform daily audits on fuel performance for TR2 routes to prevent misuse or theft.
• Document and report daily reconciliation results and fuel audits to the supervisor for corrective actions.
• Intervene and stop operators if discrepancies are found during the reconciliation process.

Requirements

• University education (completed or incomplete).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with pivot tables and formulas.
• At least 6 months of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in data analysis, inventory execution, and controlling item entries and exits.
• Skills in personnel management and conflict resolution negotiation.
