Auxiliar de Manutenção Predial

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of corrective and preventive maintenance activities (hydraulic, electrical, and building)
• Perform small repairs such as changing light bulbs and simple adjustments
• Assist in inspecting equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
• Transport necessary tools, materials, and equipment for tasks
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and conservation of the workplace and tools
• Support third-party service providers when necessary
• Execute preventive maintenance routines following technical team guidance
• Identify and report potential failures or irregularities to the responsible team

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and building maintenance
• Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance routines
• Ability to read and interpret service orders
• Knowledge of regulatory standards NR-10 (Electrical Safety) and NR-35 (Working at Heights)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical course in Electricity, Mechanics, Building Construction, or related areas
