Auxiliar de Mantenimiento Locativo

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on air supply and extraction systems, water curtains, and other equipment
• Perform maintenance on internal areas, lighting, and structures to ensure facility functionality
• Support air conditioning maintenance in the laboratory
• Execute assembly and disassembly of equipment required in laboratory areas
• Ensure technical cleaning of zones, equipment, and furniture according to protocols
• Conduct periodic safety and facility inspections
• Support control of spare parts, tools, and consumables
• Comply with temperature controls, equipment calibration, and required records
• Report news, risks, and requirements to the coordinator
• Follow industrial safety and organizational guidelines

• Technician in Industrial Electricity
• Technician in Electromechanical Maintenance
• Technologist in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance
• Technician in Industrial Equipment Maintenance
