Auxiliar de Hombre Camion

Responsibilities

• Support the route owner in retail sales and product distribution to ensure customer acceptance and increase market share
• Schedule sales deliveries and meet established sales budgets and objectives
• Prospect for new customers to expand the client base
• Execute and follow the established work plan
• Prepare and update daily visit reports
• Manage Hand Held devices for sales and inventory tracking

Requirements

• High school diploma or completed technical degree (with certificate)
• Must reside in Mazatlan, Sinaloa
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food retail sales
• Ability to drive standard transmission trucks in both city and highway environments
• Availability to work flexible schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong service attitude and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with leadership potential
