About the role
Responsibilities
- Elaborate and issue income and expense invoices, including manual invoicing.
- Register and control billing information within administrative ERP systems.
- Manage invoice cancellations and re-invoicing processes as required.
- Support account reconciliations and generate credit notes.
- Maintain physical and digital document filing and control.
- Provide billing support to internal clients.
- Prepare billing reports as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field (completed or incomplete).
- At least 1 year of experience in invoicing or administrative roles.
