Auxiliar de enfermería

Responsibilities

• Ensure basic patient needs for hygiene, nutrition, and safety are met in a timely manner.
• Provide support to nursing staff during wound care, sutures, catheterization, and other therapeutic or diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor and record the general evolution of patients to adapt care to their specific needs.
• Manage clinical documentation and register all individual professional activities performed.
• Maintain and control nursing materials through regular replenishment, placement, and cleaning.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance services to ensure care areas are in optimal condition for new patients.
• Assist with the classification and replenishment of linens and uniforms.
• Offer guidance and support to patients and their families during their stay.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic nursing care.
• Strong understanding of patient safety protocols.
• Commitment to healthcare quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a hospital or ambulatory care environment.
