Auxiliar de Enfermería

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care according to defined service levels and company quality standards
• Register patient visit information (home visits and/or consultations) in the corresponding systems
• Educate patients regarding their specific pathologies and therapies
• Support patients with any requests related to their ongoing therapy
• Resolve incidents related to medical therapies or equipment
• Perform follow-ups for patients in home or consultation settings
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental objectives
• Actively participate in digitalization and automation processes to support the company's digital transformation

Requirements

• Degree as a Técnico Auxiliar de Enfermería (Nursing Assistant)
• Valid Type B driving license with at least 2 years of experience and regular driving habits
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles within the healthcare sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Intermediate level of English (speaking and writing)
• Ability to adapt to new digital tools and technologies
• Full availability for shifts, on-call duties, and travel to other centers for work or training
• Strong communication skills
