Auxiliar de Embarques

Responsibilities

• Execute the shipping program, documenting both dry chain and cold chain deliveries.
• Monitor local and long-distance deliveries via telephone and tracking systems.
• Perform all necessary shipping processes within the SAP system to ensure data accuracy.
• Load generated routes into the UNIGIS tracking system and monitor transport location reports.
• Ensure compliance with the assigned shipping plan, total invoicing, and correct closing of movements in SAP.
• Coordinate with carrier companies to ensure orders are delivered on time and within designed routes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree (Certificate of completion is indispensable).
• Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Module (Indispensable).
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically with Pivot Tables.
• Experience in distribution center operations, including billing, dispatch, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of route planning and general understanding of ISO13485 and NOM-SSA1-241-2012 standards.
