About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and air conditioning systems at Plaza Sendero Santa Catarina.
- Execute compressor replacements and refrigerant charging.
- Manage cooling towers and perform general AC maintenance.
- Conduct pressure checks and measure voltage and current.
- Perform welding and electrical tasks related to HVAC systems.
- Work at heights as required for equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC or refrigeration roles.
- Proven knowledge in refrigeration, including compressor replacement and refrigerant charging.
- Proficiency in welding and basic electrical work.
- Experience with cooling tower management and AC maintenance.
- Ability to perform pressure checks and electrical measurements (voltage/current).
- Ability to work at heights without issue.
