Auxiliar de CEDIS Foraneo

Responsibilities

• Execute and control the delivery of products to stores and the return of non-expired, expired, recall, and excess inventory to the central CEDIS.
• Manage documentary control of orders delivered to stores to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Execute loading processes for outbound freight in coordination with the distribution supervisor to ensure complete orders.
• Ensure merchandise integration by store according to established procedures to guarantee supply based on suggested orders.
• Maintain inventory integrity in the assigned zone to prevent shrinkage and ensure efficient resource use.
• Perform cyclic counts and periodic physical inventories in assigned warehouses to guarantee reliable stock levels.
• Verify and report quantities and costs on supplier invoices against system information.
• Execute receiving, storage, picking, and replenishment processes, ensuring goods meet quality and time specifications.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (Secundaria Terminada).
• At least 1 year of experience in manual goods handling (e.g., warehouse assistant, grocery clerk, loader, or delivery assistant).
• General knowledge of SKUs and their management.
• Proficiency in manual load handling.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cyclic counts.
