Auxiliar de Campo

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care and support to patients during all treatment phases to promote adherence to patient support programs (PSP).
• Manage patient intake by capturing informed consent and ensuring treatment activation and follow-up.
• Coordinate and execute medication administration (IV, IM, SC, or oral) as required.
• Maintain continuous contact with patients to provide education, guidance, and accompaniment.
• Register all information, including welcome kits and clinical updates, in the CRM and digital information systems.
• Establish communication with doctors and healthcare professionals for feedback and reporting.
• Prepare pharmacovigilance reports ensuring quality and timely submission.
• Manage updates to clinical histories and address any needs or doubts within the assigned zone.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Nursing Assistant (Técnico en auxiliar de enfermería).
• Valid RETHUS registration.
• Complete vaccination schedule.
• Updated certifications in Basic Life Support (SVB) and Waste Management (Manejo de residuos).
• Availability to perform field visits (correrías).
• Experience in patient care or support programs is desirable.
• Basic proficiency with technological tools such as CRM and digital records.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with availability for two Saturdays per month (half-day).
