About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the correct reception and delivery of products to customers, ensuring quality and timely service.
  • Attend to requests from drivers and transporters regarding any incidents reported during delivery and follow up on them.
  • Ensure the timely completion of generated folios and follow up on incidents according to company policies.
  • Review daily requests for delivery notices from the commercial team to ensure correct generation.
  • Review and authorize requests for extraordinary maneuver increases when appropriate.
  • Generate relevant information to measure, detect problems, and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction during deliveries.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Chemical-Pharmaceutical, Chemical-Biological, or related fields.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • At least 6 months of experience in conflict resolution and incident management.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
