About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and orientation to students regarding course selection, scheduling, and curricular tracking.
- Offer administrative support to the Direction, including agenda management and academic processes.
- Assist in academic programming for each period based on the School's needs.
- Organize meetings, events, and academic activities for the program.
- Support students and professors via email, in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp.
- Manage administrative tasks in Oracle Fusion, such as purchases and travel expenses.
- Maintain an environment of innovation and continuous improvement in services.
Requirements
- Preparatoria/Técnica or Secretary/Administration degree.
- 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
