About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform exhaustive collection and analysis of demographic, personal, and labor data for personnel during their first 90 days.
- Actively participate in the induction process for new staff at the CCD Larmex Autos facilities to ensure clear integration.
- Monitor employee performance and situation throughout the initial 90-day period to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and propose solutions for challenges related to payroll and general performance.
- Prepare and deliver detailed final reports regarding the status and performance of new hires to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Capital, Administration, and/or Logistics.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to prepare professional reports.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) and Saturdays (8am - 1pm).
